Cancellation Policy for ALGIRO Hotel
1. Standard Cancellation:
- If a booking is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost of the first night’s stay.
2. No-Show Policy:
- In case of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.
3. Early Departure:
- If a guest departs earlier than the scheduled check-out date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the remaining nights of the reservation.
4. Special Rates and Packages:
- For bookings made under special rates or packages, different cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
5. Group Reservations:
- For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), a different cancellation policy may apply. The specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Non-Refundable Rates:
- Bookings made under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified without incurring a charge equivalent to the total booking amount.
